We have a name!
After lots of mooing and froing, we’ve finally made up our mind. Mainly because the steak is mooving fast and we did promise a fine cut!
It is to be “Noble Sire” or actually No-bull Sire; he was no bull, after all!
Midge, come and get your steak! Quickly!! We’ve cut it, we’re ready to grill it!!!
Thanks to you all for sending your suggestions. Some were great – but didn’t feel quite right to be naming dishes after it….
So, look out on the menu/black board for: Nobull Burger, No Bull Rump Steak, Stew, Casserole and whatever else we might dream up.
