We make a point of using seasonal produce locally made, farmed, grown, caught. Whenever possible we source spray free, free range organic food. Special focus on fresh locally landed, hand selected fish to minimize transport.
Within that frame we intend to remain transparent in our approach by writing simple menus that reflect the traditions of classic cuisines.
A minimum of 4 menu changes offers a bit of diversity to both regulars as well as the crew cooking it.
